Primary Requirement:

Primary Job Functions:
Directs and coordinates activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and customer expectations by performing the following duties personally.

Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods and work hours.

Assists in establishing strategic goals and action plans.

Helps develop and monitor budget for cost control.

Provides interviewing staff with a thorough project briefing as needed.

Supervises staff training, motivational and incentive programs, and adherence to personnel policies and standards.

Maintains a safe, healthy and respectful work environment.

Trains staff in interviewing skills, and monitors effectiveness.

Meets operational standards.

Monitors Interviewing staff productivity and quality and recommends policy changes or training to improve results.

Communicates with Project Managers, Programmers, Site Manager and other Field Managers on project status or issues.

Assists in the administration of the performance appraisal system.

Monitors CATI programs and equipment performance, troubleshoots when necessary and reports any unresolved issues to the appropriate person.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or
one to two years' management experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Knowledge of research methodology

Experience working in a marketing research call center environment is a plus!
