Clear Lake
Located in Central Oregon is an area known as Sunriver. This planned community has been thriving for about 35 years. There are rental homes, condos and shopping centers inside this wonderful place. The Deschutes River meanders along the western most boundary for five miles, and the development is basically surrounded by National Forest. There are also two golf courses within SR. Sunriver is less than a half-hour drive from Mt. Bachelor with cross-country and downhill skiing. In the summer you can bicycle or try hiking the area.
Sunriver is approximately 140 miles or a 2 1/2 hour drive from Eugene. Or if you decide to fly in there is an airport also.
Lodging is availabe from the Suriver Resort or through private home owners.
